A face mask, comprising a face mask main body (1). The face mask main body (1) comprises: a left vertical edge (1a) and a right vertical edge (1b); a first crease (101), a second crease (102), a third crease (103) and a fourth crease (104), which are sequentially distributed from top to bottom after the face mask main body (1) is unfolded; a first mask section (11) formed between the first crease (101) and the second crease (102); a second mask section (12) formed between the third crease (103) and the fourth crease (104); a third mask section (13) formed between the second crease (102) and the third crease (103); a fourth mask section (14) extending upward from the first crease (101); and a fifth mask section (15) extending downward from the fourth crease (104). The first mask section (11) and the second mask section (12) are respectively located on two opposite sides of the third mask section (13). At the left vertical edge (1a) and/or the right vertical edge (1b), a disconnection separation area, which continuously extends upward from the first crease (101), is formed between the first mask section (11) and the third mask section (13). The face mask has good tightness when worn, and can improve the protection effect and reduce the possibility of infection.
