Abstract:
A factory, power plant, or refinery flue gas capture, conversion, and application total recycling system. A combined decontamination and dust removal unit removes dust and oxides; a capture subsystem captures CO2; a water recovery unit recovers water; a hydrogen production unit decomposes water into hydrogen and oxygen, and the oxygen is fed into a water gas unit to support combustion and obtain hydrogen; a conversion subsystem enables a catalytic reaction between CO2 and the hydrogen and performs conversion into methanol and dihydric alcohol; an application subsystem prepares a supercritical CO2 nanocellulose slurry to be blended and then extruded with material particles to form a supercritical CO2 nanocellulose foam material; an energy subsystem is connected to solar energy, wind energy, and electric power, and supplements energy by means of residual heat and hydrogen power generation.
