Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to quickly and accurately announce service failure information to appropriate objects. A service failure information announcement system 1: receives warning information notifying the occurrence of failure in a service or in a device for providing a service, and related information related to the warning information; obtains the degree of influence of the failure for each service type on the basis of the warning information and the related information; determines, on the basis of the degree of influence, an object to which the failure information is to be announced and an announcement means; generates the failure information corresponding to the announcement means; and announces the failure information to the object using the announcement means.
