Abstract:
Provided is a cooking apparatus, comprising heat insulation cooking chambers (120, 122) positioned inside a machine casing (102), an air chamber (160) defined between the machine casing (102) and the heat insulation cooking chambers (120, 122), and a fan assembly (200). The fan assembly (200) comprises a first fan (202) and a second fan (204), with the first and second fans being positioned adjacent to each other and being provided with a gap region (270) close to the downstream of outlets (246, 256) thereof. Fan housings can be positioned to be in direct contact with each other, enabling cooling air flows (208) leaving from each of the fans (202, 204) to interact with each other, so as to reduce or eliminate expansion loss. Alternatively, the fan housings can be separated by means of a small air gap (280), so as to reduce expansion loss while carrying additional cooling air.
