Abstract:
This invention was improved order to fast showering and take fast ablution (from height, in taking full ablution all body is washed 3 times with water). It provides faster shower by providing linear water without any space under high and low pressure of water and is used directly connecting to faucet or pump with a hose. Fast shower apparatus includes a long and thin pipe, cover, two type of nozzles. A person could take a shower in an water and time saving manner, thereby saving the person's economy.

Claims:
CLAIMS

1. Invention being a design of apparatus order to have fast and saving shower, comprising: main part(A) is assembled vertically to wall and cover (2) is welded to the top of main part (A), upper nozzle (3) is fixed like a screw or bonded or welded to hole from top of pipe (Al) and lower nozzles (41-42-43-44) are fixed like a screw or bonded or welded to lower holes (A2-A3-A4-A5)

2. The fast shower apparatus (1) in accordance with claim 1, wherein; the fast shower apparatus (1) is made of a material which is endurable against pressurized water or pressurized foam-water such as plastic, metal etc., long, has thin cross section which could be cylindrical, rectangular etc., has 5 holes (A1-A2-A3-A4-A5) which have standart distances separately to each other starting from upper nozzle 25 cm, 30 cm, 30cm, 60 cm provides faster shower by providing linear water without any space under high and low pressure of water and have two type of nozzles (3-4).

3. The fast shower apparatus (1) in accordance with claim 1 or 2; shower hose is connected by using a welded adapter to lower end of the fast shower apparatus. 4. The fast shower apparatus (1) in accordance with claim 3; the fast shower apparatus (1) is fixed to assemble apparatuses to the wall (51-52-53) which are assembled to wall by drilling machine.

Description:
FAST SHOWER APPARATUS

Technical Area

While this invention provides washing a body from up to down without any space, normal shower heads provides washing local areas which are on a body.

Old technic

In normal shower heads, nozzles are located intensively in a specific circle, square etc. area with short distances and they are designed to use by a hand. These shower heads are connected by a shower hose which have appropriate ends to provide connection. In normal shower heads washing is reacted by pressurized water which exits from nozzles are located intensively in around 80 cm A 2 area.

To have fast shower reaction of washing a body by pressurized pure water or pressurized foam- water from up to down without any space is wanted. To perform this purpose, size and length of normal shower heads should be changed. There isn’t any other apparatus which provides washing a body by pressurized water or pressurized foam-water saving water and time.

Purpose of this invention

1) Performing an apparatus which provides faster shower by providing linear water without any space under high and low pressure of water. 2) Saving water(up to %50) and time(up to %25).

3) Designing an apparatus which could be fixed on each bath.

4) Designing an economic but, useful apparatus (smart using if water).

5) Designing an apparatus which provides faster ablution (from height).

6) Performing an apparatus which could be replaced using bath filament by using pressurized foam- water. Using of this invention in daily life and solved problems

This is connected to exit of faucet and fixed on wall perpendicularly. Purpose of this invention, a person’s who enters bath order to take a shower out and inside of body’s which is opposite of this apparatus are washed by pressurized water or pressurized foam-water separately from top to down without any space. After bath fiber is used to clean body and activated the this apparatus by opening a faucet, the person turns around self with 60 cm distance to this apparatus, as a result of this reaction the person is washed by pressurized pure water or pressurized foam-water from up to down without any space. Later, inside of the body is washed by pushing horizontally. By this way as the person could take fast shower, could take an ablution (from height). As a result of this reaction, water and time is saved because; the person doesn’t consume time, energy and water to clean self body. Quantity of saving water could reach 1 pail according to a person who uses 2 pail order to have a shower, also, this situation effects saving time averagely up to %25. Another important point about this apparatus is that total exit area of water is same with normal shower heads. Also, if the person clean self body by using pump which uses foam-water and has around 25 bar pressure, out and inside of the body doesn’t require to clean using foam-water fiber. The purpose of using pump; average pressure of buildings is 3.5 bar is not enough to effective cleaning using foam-water. The most important factor about this apparatus is that it provides faster shower by providing linear water without any space under high and low pressure of water. Also, fixing an holding part on the middle of this apparatus, it could be use to clean large surfaces faster such as walls etc.

Explanation of invention

Topic of invention of shower apparatus(l) is at basic state, -An main part (A) which has 5 holes (A1-A2-A3-A4— A5),

-A cover (2) which fixes from under to main part (A) from one end,

- One upper nozzle (3) is designed to fix to first hole (Al) of main part (A),

- Four lower nozzle (41-42-43-44) is designed to fix to lower holes (A2-A3-A4-A5) of main part (A),

-Three assemble apparatus (51-52-53) which assemble to pipe order to fix main part (A) to wall . consists.

Main part (A) which is made from plastic or metal is 154.5 cm length, the water which flow inside of this main part (A) flows up in a 1.3 cm internal diameter of pipe, outer diameter of main part(A) is 2.1 cm and shower hose is fixed to the lower end. As the requirement of protection of kinetic energy and potential energy(KE + PE = E(constant)) there are 5 holes (A5-A4-A3-A2-A1) which upper nozzle(3) and lower nozzles(41-42-43-44) which have a fixing part having 0.95 cm diameter are fixed to main party(A) with decreasing distances as 60 cm, 30cm, 30cm, 25cm. The reason of that main part (A) is thin is using capillary effect, by this way, water reaches faster to the top. Because of pressure of network is 3.5 bar means that this pressure is not dangereous, measuring distances of all nozzles are done by qualitative observation is found enough.

Cover which close pipe (2) which is made from plastic or metal is fixed to the top end by welding.

Upper nozzle (3) which is made from plastic or metal has 1.2 cm length, the tip which water exits has 0.05 cm thickness, while top tip of upper nozzle (3) is straight, under has 10 degree slope and upper nozzle (3) is fit to 1. Hole from top of pipe (Al). Upper nozzle (3) which is worked according to Bernoulli principle (P + ½.d.V A 2 = constant) is flat nozzle and to prevent missing of water from around upper nozzle (3) and gain strength to upper nozzle (3) against water pressure, upper nozzle

(3) is fixed like a screw or by bonding or by welding.

Lower nozzle (4) which is made from plastic or metal has 1.2 cm length, the tip which water exits has 0.05 cm thickness, top and under tip of lower nozzle (4) has 10 degree slope and lower nozzle

(4) is fit to lower holes (A2-A3-A4-A5). Lower nozzle (4) which is worked according to Bernoulli principle (P + ½.d.V A 2 = constant) is flat nozzle and to prevent missing of water from around upper nozzle (3) and gain strength to upper nozzle (3) against water pressure, lower nozzle (4) is fixed like a screw or by bonding or by welding. Fast shower apparatus provides faster shower by providing linear water without any space under high and low pressure of water by using standart distances with each holes (Al-A’-A3-A4-A5).

Assemble apparatus to the wall (5) which is made from plastic or metal is fixed to the wall by using drilling machine and fits to the outer diameter of main part(A).

The technical properties which are wanted to be protected

1) Main part (A)’s which is straight and long shape, length and sectional area could be changed.

2) Type of nozzles could be replaced with other types such as spray nozzle. (The most saving and effective type of nozzle is flat nozzle.) 3) Distances of fixed nozzles (3-4) could be changed according to height of person while it provides faster shower by providing linear water without any space under high and low pressure of water.

4) Distances of water which exits from the tip of nozzle (3-4) could be changed from fauset or pump or nozzles (3-4).

5) This apparatus (1) could be made from metal or plastic etc. 6) Maximum water exiting endurance changes according to used material in manufacturing.

7) Nozzles (3-4) could be fixed like screw or by bonding and welding.

Industrial application of the invention

The fast shower apparatus which is explained on the top could be manufactured in the mine and chemical industry and could be used in daily life. In the manufacturing of this system basic equipments such as drilling machine, drilling stand, nippers, sound insulation headset etc.) are could be used because its’ parts’ shapes are limited and used materials are composite plastic or metal. All quantity range is covered from lathe to fixed automation.

On the other hand, manufacturing of this apparatus is economic and as a result of this selling price is less according to its’ properties and existing products.
