Abstract:
Disclosed is a fastener assembly for a ballast track. A sleeper rail bearing groove is provided in the top of a sleeper (1); two sides of the sleeper rail bearing groove are inclined upwards and extend outwards to form retaining shoulders (13), a gauge apron (10) is arranged between a steel rail (2) and each retaining shoulder (13), one end, facing the steel rail (2), of the gauge apron (10) is simultaneously clamped to an end of a rubber tie plate (4) and an end of a heightening tie plate (6), and one end, away from the steel rail (2), of the gauge apron (10) is attached to the retaining shoulder (13); and one end of an elastic strip (7) is buckled onto an upper end face of a rail bottom (3), the other end thereof is buckled onto a working face of the gauge apron (10), one end of a screw spike (8) vertically penetrates a gap in the middle of the elastic strip (7) and is screwed onto the sleeper (1), and a flat washer (9) is located between the elastic strip (7) and a cap end of the screw spike (8) and is sheathed on the screw spike (8). The fastener assembly for the ballast track can adjust the left-right position of the steel rail, and can adjust the height of the steel rail according to different steel rail height requirements.
