Abstract:
This fastening body (1) is press-fitted, from a first-member (41) side, into a friction-welded part (50) that is formed at an overlap part (45) between the first member (41) and a second member (42). The fastening body (1) comprises a head part (11) disposed on the surface of the friction-welded part (50), and a tubular shaft part (42) extending from the head part (11) toward the second member (42). The shaft part (12) has a promotion part (15) that promotes spreading of a distal-end section (12a) of the shaft part (12) during press-fitting.
