Abstract:
The aim of the present invention is to provide a fastening structure for a stator in an electric motor providing reliable connections and a great cooling effect, comprising stator units constituted by multiple stator punching units being laminated together. The multiple stator units are connected in series with each other in the circumferential direction to form an annular stator iron core. A supporting cylinder is provided in an inner hole of the annular stator iron core and the two constitute a fixed connection. The stator units are provided thereon with holes or grooves. The lengthwise direction of the holes or grooves is parallel to a mandrel direction of the annular stator iron core. Because the annular stator iron core is formed by the multiple stator units connected in series with each other, the entire annular stator iron core is loose when assembled, with the support of the supporting cylinder, the stator units evenly and radially move outwards, thus implementing the goal of the supporting cylinder tightening the stator units; the provision of the holes or grooves on the one hand constitutes a part of an internal circulation air duct, thus optimizing a cooling structure inside an electric motor, and on the other hand provides a connecting channel for a fastening element fastening and connecting together the stator units.
