Abstract:
Provided is a fastening structure that can be adapted to various plate thicknesses and to the fastening of a number of members. The fastening structure comprises a first member (11) in which a boss hole (11a) is formed, a securing part (13) and a plate-form member (14) having openings (13a, 14a), and a clip (12) having a bulging part (12p) bulging in a radial direction partway along a longitudinal direction of a leg part (12b), the leg part (12b) of the clip (12) being inserted through a location where the boss hole (11a) and the openings (13a, 14a) communicate, and the securing part (13) and the plate-form member (14) being sandwiched and fastened by a head part (12a) and the first member (11). The first member (11) has a proximal end part (11X) and a protruding part (11Y), and the protruding part (11Y) has a level-difference angle (11k) that is provided to an inner-side end part of an inner-side level difference where the diameter of the boss hole (11a) is expanded in steps toward the proximal-end side and that is able to come into contact with a section in the leg part (12b) of the clip (12) that is toward the head part (12a) from the bulging part (12p).
