Abstract:
A first fastening device (100a) is provided with a first tape portion (120a) and a first fastening portion (110a). The first fastening portion (110a) has defined thereon a first side surface (111a) and a second side surface (112a). The first fastening portion (110a) is provided with fastening elements (130a). The fastening elements (130a) are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the first fastening device (100a) and are offset from each other by a pitch distance to define a fastening gap (116a) between each of the fastening elements (130a). The fastening elements (130a) are each provided with engagement portions (133a, 134a) and are asymmetric with respect to the protrusion centerline (530a) of the fastening element (130a). The first fastening device (100a) is configured to be connected to a second fastening device (100b) provided with a second fastening portion (110b).
