Abstract:
A fatigue-resistant layered elastomer (3), which is prepared from a thermoplastic polyester elastomer as a raw material by extruding same into long strings, and allowing the long strings to be crimped and bonded to form a layered object with a certain thickness, wherein the adjacent strings are spliced at the contact parts to form continuous bonding points (1) and point bonding points (2), with the continuous bonding points (1) accounting for 20% or more of the total. If the ratio of the continuous bonding points (1) exceeds 20%, the fatigue-resistant repeated compression hardness loss rate is lower than 23%; and the higher the ratio of the continuous bonding points (1) is, the better the repeated compression durability, such that a product with repeated compression resistance can be obtained by means of increasing the ratio of the continuous bonding points (1) of the layered elastomer (3).
