Abstract:
A fault tolerance control method of an electromechanical composite transmission system of an aircraft, comprising: determining whether a faulty subject is an engine (1), a first motor (2), or a second motor (3); if the engine (1) is faulty, then adjusting the torque of the first motor (2) and the torque of the second motor (3) to control the operation of a planetary coupling mechanism; if the second motor (3) is faulty, then adjusting the torque of the first motor (2) to control the operation of the planetary coupling mechanism; if the first motor (2) is faulty, then determining whether a third failure factor is 1; if not, then adjusting the torque of the second motor (3) to control the operation of the planetary coupling mechanism; and, if so, then adjusting the torque of the second motor (3) to control the operation of the planetary coupling mechanism and braking K2 rows of sun gears to increase the total rotor pitch. The present method can control torque redistribution and compensate for the function or performance loss of a faulty actuator, thereby ensuring the safe performance of the aircraft.
