Abstract:
A feed lifting rock trimming assembly and a sewing machine comprising same. The feed lifting rock trimming assembly comprises a drive portion (2), and a front feed lifting rock shaft (12) and a rear feed lifting rock shaft (18) which are provided in parallel. The front feed lifting rock shaft (12) is fixedly provided with a front feed lifting rock crank (14); the rear feed lifting rock shaft (18) is fixedly provided with a rear feed lifting rock crank (16); the front feed lifting rock crank (14) is rotatably connected to a first end of a front feed lifting rock swing plate (20); the rear feed lifting rock crank (16) is rotatably connected to a first end of a rear feed lifting rock swing plate (21); the drive portion (2) is connected to a feed lifting rock drive device and a trimming drive device (501); a second end of the front feed lifting rock swing plate (20) and a second end of the rear feed lifting rock swing plate (21) are rotatably connected to one end of the feed lifting rock drive device, separately; after the drive portion (2) drives, the height of a feed dog is adjusted; the trimming drive device (501) is connected to a trimming drive portion (07); after the drive portion (2) drives, the trimming drive portion (07) and a trimming cam (05) can synchronously rotate to achieve trimming. The feed lifting rock trimming assembly can conveniently and rapidly control the height of the feed dog, can achieve the linkage of feed lifting rock and a trimming operation, and reduces the structural complexity while improving the production efficiency.
