Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a feedstock melting mechanism of a pelletizer. The pelletizer comprises a sleeve, a transmission motor, a reduction gearbox, a screw and a filter; the transmission motor is connected to the reduction gearbox, a pellet outlet plate is fixed to a cyclone cover, and two ends of the sleeve are respectively fixed to the pellet outlet plate and the reduction gearbox; the screw is provided inside the sleeve, a horn scraper is mounted on the screw, and bearings are provided at connection positions between two ends of the screw and the reduction gearbox and the pellet outlet plate; and the screw is provided with a flight, the flight is arranged in a spiral shape, and material accommodation cavities of different sizes are formed between the flight and the sleeve. In the present invention, by means of a spiral feeding structure, the material is melted in an extrusion and pressurization manner, and the molten material is further extruded and filtered by means of a filter, so as to complete pelletizing finally.
