Abstract:
A femoral isthmus forming porous steel plate system, comprising a steel plate main body (100) and an isthmus forming block (200). A porous structure is formed on an inner lateral surface (101) of the steel plate main body (100) in contact with cortical bone. The isthmus forming block (200) is arranged protruding from the inner lateral surface (101) of the steel plate main body (100), and a lateral surface of the isthmus forming block (200) in contact with cortical bone is formed as a compressed surface (201) having a low upper part and a high lower part, a porous structure being formed on the compressed surface (201). Patients having serious femoral bone defects can thus be given isthmus shape reconstruction, increasing the effective fixed length of a non-bone cement femoral stem prosthetic and of the femur, and improving the initial and long-term fixing effect of a non-bone cement femoral stem prosthetic for treating serious femoral bone defects. The porous structure is able to cause the steel plate system to achieve long-term post-surgical fixing by bone ingrowth, and is able to increase overall femur-prosthetic strength, reduce the long-term risk of bone fractures surrounding the prosthetic, and improve short-term and long-term therapeutic effect of hip joint surgery, thus allowing the patient to have better hip joint function.
