This fiber assembly including cellulose water-repellent fiber is at least one selected from cotton, a fiber bundle, yarn, and gray fabric, and a water repelling agent adheres to the surface of the cellulose fiber in a state of being cross-linked therewith. This method for manufacturing a fiber assembly including cellulose water-repellent fiber makes a water repelling agent adhere to a fiber assembly of at least one selected from cotton, a fiber bundle, yarn, and gray fabric, and after drying, cross-links the water repelling agent to the surface of the cellulose fibers by heat curing. Thus, it is possible to provide a fiber assembly including cellulose water-repellent fiber that has durable water repellency, can be used in resist dyeing, and has no problem with color migration, as well as a method for manufacturing the same and a fiber product.
