Abstract:
A fiber feeding mechanism used for an FRP board, comprising a feeding rack (1) used for placing a fiber tray (2), a comb tooth assembly that is disposed downstream from the feeding rack (1) and that is used for dividing fibers into a plurality of bundles, and a feeding roller (4) located downstream from the comb tooth assembly; the comb tooth assembly comprises a comb tooth rack (31) and a comb tooth bar (33) that is mounted at a lower end surface of a horizontal beam (32) of the comb tooth rack (31) and that extends downward; a feeding assembly used for arranging fiber bundles on the feeding roller (4) is disposed at a position on a vertical beam (34) of the comb tooth rack (31) below the comb tooth bar (33), and an auxiliary pipe (310) extending toward the feeding roller (4) is disposed on the comb tooth bar (33); the feeding mechanism further comprises an air supply portion (313) used for introducing hot air in a heating furnace of an FRP board production line into the auxiliary pipe (310). Fibers are preheated using the hot air in an FRP board heating furnace to increase the bonding strength between the fibers and a resin and to ensure the stable conveyance of the fibers. Moreover, the hot air performing preheating for the feeding assembly may improve the viscosity of the feeding assembly, and ensure that the fibers may be evenly distributed on the feeding roller (4).
