Abstract:
A fiber lubricant and a preparation method therefor. The fiber lubricant comprises the following components: a fiber material, an antioxidant, a corrosion inhibitor, an oiliness agent, a friction modifier, a defoaming agent and a PAO base oil. In the fiber lubricant, components, i.e. an antioxidant, a corrosion inhibitor, an oiliness agent, a friction modifier, a defoaming agent and a PAO base oil, are mixed to jointly form an oil; and by using the elasticity and pore structure of the fiber material, and using the fiber material as a carrier to carry the oil and release the oil when same is squeezed such that same can be used as an oil storage and supply system of a bearing, the fiber lubricant has excellent extreme pressure, anti-wear and friction reduction properties, effectively protects an electric motor bearing, effectively inhibits a temperature rise of the bearing, reduces the failure rate of the bearing, and prolongs the service life of a device. Moreover, the fiber lubricant has a simple preparation process, mild conditions, easily available raw materials, a high yield, and is suitable for industrial popularization.
