Abstract:
The present invention relates to a fiber yarn winding control device. A fiber yarn winding control device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a speed setting unit for setting the rotational speed of a roller set comprising multiple rollers according to the material of the fiber yarn such that same becomes a first rotational speed on the basis of a preset rotational ratio; a weight sensing unit for sensing the weight of a bobbin roller over time, the fiber yarn being finally wound around the bobbin roller; a volume sensing unit for emitting ultrasonic waves to the outer surface of the bobbin roller and thereby sensing the volume thereof over time; and a speed adjustment unit for adjusting the rotational speed of the roller set such that same becomes a second rotational speed if the weight and volume of the fiber yarn wound around the bobbin roller exceed preset error ranges. Accordingly, the rotational speed of the rollers is controlled according to the material of the fiber yarn, and the rotational speed may be corrected on the basis of the volume and weight of the wound fiber yarn.
