Abstract:
Provided is a film roll in which the occurrence of foreign substances and a corner winding failure can be suppressed. This film roll (10) is provided with a winding core (11) and a film (12).The film (12) is long and wound around the winding core (11) starting from one longitudinal end (12A) side. The film (12) has a film body (15) formed of a resin and has a plurality of protruding sections protruding from the film body (15).The protruding sections are formed on each lateral part of the film body (15). When r is the radius of the winding core (11), the plurality of protruding sections are provided, in a 2% section on the one end (12A) side of the film (12), in at least a 2πr region of the film (12) in the longitudinal direction.
