Abstract:
[Problem] By monitoring leakage of particles from each filter in a dust collector or the like in which a plurality of filters are used, the present invention enables identification of a leaking filter upon failure of normal filtering of air or the like that is to be treated. [Solution] A filter leakage monitoring device 2 of a particle separator is provided with: a plurality of sampling pipes 20 (20a-20f) that each include a visible part 200 enabling visual confirmation of the inside, that have suction inlets respectively corresponding to a plurality of filters 15 arranged in a particle-containing air chamber 13 being introduced with air containing particles, and that are located close to air inlets 150 though which air that has passed through the respective filters 15 is drawn into a clean air chamber 16; and a vacuum pump 22 which draws in air through each of the sampling pipes.
