Abstract:
The present invention provides a fin material formed of aluminum, said fin material achieving a good balance between good hydrophilicity and oil repellency that enables desirable suppression of the adhesion of a contaminant, while suppressing the occurrence of an odor. A fin material (10) formed of aluminum, said fin material being sequentially provided with an aluminum plate (1), a hydrophilic film (2) and a functional film (3) in this order, wherein: the hydrophilic film (2) contains a surfactant and a hydrophilic resin; the functional film (3) contains a silicone component; the surfactant has an alkyl chain as a lipophilic group; and the number of carbon atoms in the alkyl group is 17 or more.
