Abstract:
This fin material (10) formed from aluminum comprises a hydrophilic coating layer (3) which is formed on a substrate (2) that is formed from aluminum or an aluminum alloy. The hydrophilic coating layer (3) is formed from a resin composition that contains an acrylic acid resin; the coating amount of the hydrophilic coating layer (3) is 0.02-10 g/m2; and an extract liquid obtained by immersing the hydrophilic coating layer (3) in an ion exchange water has a pH of 8.0-10.0.
