Abstract:
The invention relates to: [1] a fine metal particle dispersion production method for producing fine metal particles a dispersed in a polymer B, comprising a step 1 of mixing a metal oxide A, the polymer B, and a compound C, wherein the polymer B has a hydrophilic group, the compound C is a dihydric alcohol represented by general formula (1), the cumulative mean particle size of the fine metal particles a is 50 nm or smaller; and [2] an ink containing the fine metal particle dispersion obtained through the production method described in [1].
