Abstract:
In order to adjust a particle size distribution and discharge noncharged fine water, this fine water discharge device (100) is provided with: a case (110) having a flow passage L communicating a first space (S1) and a second space (S2); a blower device (120) which is disposed in the flow passage (L), introduces air in the first space (S1) into the flow passage (L), and discharges the air introduced into the flow passage (L) to the second space (S2); a fine water generation unit (130) which is disposed in the flow passage (L), and in which a plurality of particles (13) are laminated as a film-like conductive polymer film part (12) on the outer surface of a honeycomb member (131) (substrate part (11)) and transition between an adsorption state in which the particles (13) adsorb moisture, and a discharge state in which the particles (13) discharge the adsorbed moisture into air; an energization unit (140) which is electrically connected to a honeycomb member (131) and performs energization; and a control device (150) serving as a control unit for controlling the blower device (120) and the energization unit (140).
