whereby a victim, having said device finger and said reading finger located on the same hand, and said device is a communications device, can communicate electronically, and covertly, with a designated recipient, while in the process of being victimized by a perpetrator, even in the most extreme of circumstances, such as, for example, even when said victim is blind-folded, and mouth-taped, and ears plugged, and left hand handcuffed to left said of a headboard, and right hand handcuffed to right side of said headboard.

23. (new) The method of claim 22(new), wherein said plurality of electronic components can include, but is not limited to, a microphone, a camera, a button, a transducer, a speaker, a battery, a GPS sensor, a power harvesting means, a wireless power means, a motion sensing means, a neural sensor means, a neural stimulator means, a sensor means, an analyzer means, a memory means, a transceiver means, a processor mean, a video display means, or any combination thereof.

24. (new) The method of claim 22(new), wherein said device is coupled to the fingernail of said device finger using an attachment means, said attachment means can include, but is not limited to, an adhesive attachment means, a mechanical attachment means, a magnetic attachment means, a molecular attachment means, a chemical attachment means, or any combination thereof.

25. (new) The method of claim 22(new), wherein said device uses a protection means to protect said device from water, and common household chemicals, where said protection means can include, but is not limited to, coatings or an encapsulation means.

26. (new) The method of claim 22(new), further including a holder means for holding, protecting, concealing, or any combination thereof, said device, where said holder means is coupled to said fingernail of said device finger, using an attachment means.

27. (new) The method of claim 22(new), wherein said device can extend or retract a camera means beyond the fingertip of said device finger, where said plurality of electronic components includes said camera means.

28. (new) The method of claim 22(new), wherein said plurality of electronic components includes a transducer means.

29. (new) The method of claim 22(new), wherein said plurality of electronic components includes a transceiver means.

30. (new) The method of claim 22(new), wherein said plurality of electronic components include at least one microphone.

31. (new) The method of claim 22(new), wherein said plurality of electronic components include at least one camera.

32. (new) The method of claim 22(new), wherein said plurality of electronic components includes a motion sensing means.

33. (new) The method of claim 22(new), wherein said plurality of electronic components includes a sensor means, for measuring physical, chemical, biological, or environmental events or changes, or any combination thereof, said sensor means can include, but is not limited to, a biosensor, a chemical sensor, a biochemical sensor, an image sensor, a radiation sensor, or any combination thereof.

34. (new) The method of claim 22(new), wherein said device can be used for covertly creating and transmitting an outgoing textual message, where said plurality of electronic components include a processor means, a motion sensing means, a transceiver means, a memory means, and said refreshable tactile display means, said processor means using said motion sensing means to map the motion of said device into corresponding locations in said memory means, and sending the data stored at said corresponding locations to said refreshable tactile display means, enabling use of said reading finger, to read and select the desired data needed to create said outgoing text message, where said desired data, stored in said memory means, can include, but is not limited to, individual characters, phone numbers, and predetermined words and phrases useful in emergency situations, and said processor means retrieves said outgoing text message from said memory means, and sends it to said transceiver means for transmitting via a communications network.

35. (new) The method of claim 22(new), wherein said device can be used for covertly receiving and reading an incoming text message, where said plurality of electronic components includes a processor means, a transceiver means, and said refreshable tactile display means, said transceiver means receiving said incoming text message and sending it to said processor means, said processor means sending said incoming text message to said refreshable tactile display means for displaying, and for reading using a reading finger.

36. (new) The method of claim 22(new), wherein said device can live stream audio video data to a designated recipient, where said plurality of electronic components include a microphone means, a camera means, and a transceiver means, where said transceiver means transmits, to said designated recipient, audio data captured from said microphone means, and video data captured from said camera means.

37. (new) The method of claim 22(new), wherein said device transmits outgoing data to internet accessible storage.

38. (new) The method of claim 22(new), wherein said plurality of electronic components includes a power means, said power means can include, but is not limited to, a battery, wireless power, solar power, kinetic energy, or any combination thereof.

39. (new) The method of claim 22(new), wherein said plurality of electronic components includes an analyzer means, for analyzing data to find patterns and relationships, said analyzer means can include, but is not limited to, a liquid analyzer, a gas analyzer, or an electromagnetic spectrum analyzer, and the source of the data being analyzed can include, but is not limited to, a sensor means.

40. (new) A Two-Finger method for communicating electronically, and covertly, comprising:
