Abstract:
The disclosure of the present invention relates to the technical field of fabric processing, and specifically discloses a finishing machine for processing a wool-needled air- and moisture-permeable, skin calming fabric, comprising a housing, a pressure shaping apparatus, a winding apparatus, an adhesion apparatus, and a control assembly. A fabric delivery roller is fixedly mounted on the left side of the top of the housing, a plurality of lower extrusion rollers are fixedly mounted on the bottom of an inner wall of the housing, and a first electric motor is fixedly mounted on the front side of the bottom of the housing at a central position, a power output end of the first electric motor being connected to the plurality of lower extrusion rollers by means of meshing with a chain. A plurality of adjustment assemblies are mounted penetrating through the top of the housing, a fixing plate is fastened on the bottom of the plurality of adjustment assemblies, a plurality of elastic telescoping rods are fixedly mounted on the bottom of the fixing plate, and pressure sensors are fixedly mounted where the elastic telescoping rods and the fixing plate connect. The present invention features the combined effects of effectively adhering to waste material from fabric, and at the same time, facilitating adjustment of an appropriate winding pressure, preventing the fabric from deforming.
