Abstract:
The present invention relates to a fire-prevention extinguishing cover module which is coupled to a connection part, to which a plurality of cables are connected, to prevent a fire. Disclosed is a fire extinguishing cover module using smothering extinguishment, comprising: a cover unit having an accommodation space formed therein, accommodating the connection part for the cables connected by a separate connection kit, sealing the accommodating space from the outside, and blocking the flow of air; and a fire extinguishing unit composed of a thermally foamable resin to be disposed adjacent to the connection part inside the accommodation space, and expanding when heat is applied above a preset temperature to fill the accommodation space and thus blocking the inflow of external air into the accommodation space.
