Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a fire extinguishing fabric that has a fire extinguishing ability and flame resistance, possess aesthetic properties and light fastness required when used as interior products such as curtains and aprons, has a good texture and feels nice.
A fire extinguishing fabric using a modacrylic fiber, wherein: a flame resistant fiber is mixed within 5 mm in all directions from an arbitrary point on a plane thereof; the ratio by area of the flame resistant fiber viewed on the surface is 0-5%; and the mixing ratio of the flame resistant fiber is 10-50%.
