Abstract:
A fire pump assembling apparatus and an assembly process therefor. The assembling apparatus comprises a workbench (1), wherein a driving device (2) and a counting device (3) for controlling the driving device (2) to be started and stopped are arranged on the workbench (1); and the assembling apparatus further comprises a winding mold (4), an unwinding device (5) and a pulling device (6). The winding mold (4) comprises a mounting frame (41) fixedly connected to the driving device (2), and a core body (42) fixedly mounted on the mounting frame (41), with several groups of winding grooves (421) being provided on the core body (42). The unwinding device (5) comprises an unwinding support (51) arranged exactly opposite the winding mold (4), a fixing table (52) arranged between the unwinding support (51) and the winding mold (4), a wire concentration assembly (53) slidably arranged on the fixing table (52) and sequentially aligned with the several groups of winding grooves (421), a limiting assembly (54) rotatably mounted in the fixing table (52) and abutted against the wire concentration assembly (53), and a control assembly (55) in transmission connection with the limiting assembly (54) and the winding mold (4). The pulling device (6) comprises a clamping plate assembly (61) vertically and slidably arranged on the line concentration assembly (53), and a power assembly (62) in power connection with the control assembly (55).
