Abstract:
A first-aid apparatus and a first-aid system, the first-aid system comprising a first-aid terminal and a first-aid apparatus; the first-aid apparatus comprising a first-aid element and a fixing element, the fixing element being used to fix the first-aid element onto a user's chest; the first-aid element comprising a ventricular fibrillation detector (1), a compression device (2), an electric shock element (3) and a controller; the ventricular fibrillation detector (1) being capable of detecting whether a patient shows signs of ventricular fibrillation, and sending a detection result to the controller; the controller being capable of receiving a detection result sent by the ventricular fibrillation detector (1); when the detection result is that the patient is showing signs of ventricular fibrillation, sequentially controlling the electric shock element (3) to shock the patient and controlling the compression device (2) to perform compression on the patient, so as to save the patient. The present apparatus can solve the problem in the prior art that cardiopulmonary resuscitation operation requires a rescuer to perform manual compressions on a patient, and can prevent unsuccessful rescue caused by a rescuer not knowing how to perform compressions or errors in compression technique, improving effectiveness of rescuing a patient.
