Abstract:
The present invention provides a method and apparatus for producing Primary and Secondary twisted yarns with two or more ply of yarn in single stage. The invention further states that the technology and effective single stage textile yarn device reduces different / separate type of thread carrier and two or more stage into effective single stage process. It has been observed over the years in the Textile twisting market that the twisting and plying of 2 or more ply of Textile yarn requires two stage processes for making plied twisted yarn(thread) which requires two different set of machines for each stage one is for Primary twisting and one is for Secondary twisting.

Claims:
I Claim:

1. A primary twisting and reverse secondary twisting yarn machine (100) in single stage comprises: a primary twisting section (200): a assembly section/ 1701; a secondary twisting section (500) and a take up section{700), wherein a large spmdle(400) is assembled with 2, 3 or 4 small spindl es( 160a..160b.. ) together with center pulley (537) and a spindle driving belt(104) for primary twisting and a reserve disc(102) is also assembled with the large spindle(400) for secondary twisting, a yarn balloon formation is taken place in the large spindle for twisting, the machine) 100) comprising step of: a. primary twisting of yarn is taken place in a longitude axis of rotation of small spindle, which consists of tensioner assembly (106) and yarn guide assembly(109) in the primary twisting section (200), while driving mechanism of the primary twisting section (200) controlled by a center pulley (537) and the spindle drive belt(104); b. assembling section having 2, 3 or 4 ply primary twisted yarn passes through a guide roller (111) for secondary twisting; c. secondary twisting of yarn is regulated through rotation and yarn speed of the take up section(700); and d. collecting twisted yarn on the take up section.

2. A machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the primary twisting section (200) is assembled with the central pulley (537) with the spindle drive belt (104) for controlling equal tension among the 2,3 or 4 ply yarn.

3. A machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the central pulley (537) in the primary twisting section (200) is used for managing TPM (Twist per meter) in the among 2, 3 or 4 ply yarns.

4. A machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the primary and reverse secondary twisting has been taken place in a single stage in two for one principle.

5. A machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the primary twisting (Ft) depends on secondary twist (st) * twist ratio (tr), as the twist ratio (tr) depends on diameter of the center pulley(537/primary spindle disc(218).

A process for primary and reverse secondary twisting machine in single stage comprsing; a primary twisting section (200); a assembly sections 170); a secondary twisting section (500 ) and a take up section(700), wherein a large spindie(400) is assembled with 2,3 or 4 small spindles together with center pulley (537) and a spindle driving beit(104) for primary twisting and a reserve disci 102) is also assembled with the large spindle(400) for secondary twisting, a yarn balloon formation is taken place in the large spindle for twisting, the machine comprising step of: a. primary twisting of yarn is taken place in a longitude axis of rotation of small spindle, which consists of tensioner assembly (106) and yarn guide assembly) 109) in the primary twisting section (200), while driving mechanism of the primary twisting section (200) controlled by a center pulley (535) and the spindle drive belli 104); b. assembling section having 2 or more ply primary twisted yarn passes through a guide roller (111) for secondary twisting: c. secondary twisting of yarn is regulated through rotation and yarn speed of the take up section; and d. collecting twisted yarn on the takeirp section.

7. A Process as claimed in claim 6, wherein the primary twisting section (200) is assembled with the central pulley (537) with the spindle drive belt(lG4) for controlling equal tension among the 2 , 3 or 4 ply yarn.

8. A Process as claimed in claim 1, wherein the central pulley (537) in the primary twisting section (200) is used for managing TPM (Twist per meter) in the among 2, 3 or 4 ply yarns,

9. A Process as claimed in claim 1, wherein the primary and reverse secondary twisting has been taken place in a single stage in two for one principle.

10. A Process as claimed in claim 1, wherein the primary twisting (Pi) depends on secondary twist (st) * twist ratio Or), as the twist ratio Or) depends on diameter of center pulley/primary spindie disc.

TITLE

FIRST TWIST AND REVERSE SECONDARY TWIST OF 2 OR MORE PLY OF TEXTILE

YARN IN SINGLE STAGE.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION:

[001] The present invention relate to a method of primary and reverse secondary individual strand twisting of yarn with two or 3, 4 ply and particularly an apparatus for primary and secondary twisting of yarn with two or 3,4 ply in single stage.

BACKGROUND:-

[002] EP2118348B1 disclose a method for creating twisted yarn by means of a two-for-one yarn twisting machine, wherein the yarns (3) are unwound in their grain through a yarn in feed tube (22) and a hollow' spindle (24) from a multiple-wound feed spool (5) on which a plurality of yarns (3) extending substantially parallel to each oilier are wound, and are wound onto a winding bobbin (10) as twisted yarn. According to the invention, the grain of the yarns (3) extends from the release point of the yarns (3) on the feed spool (5) directly toward the yarn infeed opening (23) of the yarn infeed tube (22), wherein the yarns (3) form a conical spool shape on the feed spool (5) in at least one region (11-15) of the spool length of the feed spool. iscloses a machine for a double twister, it is provided with a freely rotatable thread guiding member concentrically mounted around the driven spindle of the double twister. The double twister of the present invention possesses the advantages that no take-up disk is present and the driven rotor consists principally of a buffer body from which the yarn emerges. The dimensions, and particularly the diameter, of the buffer body are independent of the size of the yarn package to be twi sted and may be kept as small as possible.

[003] EP2315864B1 discloses that a method for operating a spindle (2, 22) of a two-for-one twister or cabling machine, wherein a thread (5, 25) is drawn off from a drum spool (7, 21) and is fed into a guide device disposed below a twisted yarn plate (8, 24) of the spindle (2, 22), from which the thread (5, 25) exits the spindle (2, 22) nearly perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the spindle (2, 22) and is diverted to the outer edge of the twisted yarn plate (8, 24), and runs along the spindle (2, 22) as a free thread balloon (B) encompassing the spindle (2, 22), until the thread (5, 25) is fed into the thread or cable point of a thread guide device (9, 27) above the spindle (2, 22), wherein the feed speed of the thread (5, 25) is adjusted so that the thread tension has a value that minimizes the diameter of the free thread balloon (B) encompassing the spindle (2, 22) as a function of the geometry of the spindle (2, 22).

[004] In Turkey Patent application 2017/11927 disclose about yarn twisting machine the machine comprising a main shaft into which yarn or yarns are introduced and from which yarn or yarns are taken out and the main shaft being driven by a first motor; a lower twisting disc being in contact with yarn and yarns taken out of the main shaft and said lower twisting disc being in communication with said main shaft; an upper twisting disc having an aperture through which the yarn or yarns creating a yarn balloon by advancing along the lower twisting disc are fed; an upper platform situated below said upper twisting disc; a winding element for winding the yarns or yarns passing through the upper twisting disc on a bobbin; a lower stationary table situated above the lower twisting disc; and a second motor for transmitting drive to the winding element through an axial magnetic coupling. The yarn twisting machine comprises a first power transfer device for rotating the upper twisting disc around the shaft axis, the first power transfer device being in communication with the first motor or the second motor and with the upper twisting disc.

[005] In Patent application 201621014375 disclose a method of manufacturing multi-ply separable textured yarn, the method comprising, passing a multi-ply separable interlaced filament yarn through a texturizing unit to form a multi-ply separable draw textured yarn, wherein the multi-ply separable interlaced filament yarn is separable in to at least two separable interlaced filament yarn, wherein the interlacing of the filaments 10 within each separable interlaced filament yarn is retained during further processing of the yarn to fabric and in the fabric.

[006] Thus the conventional system and/or method of manufacturing multi-ply separable textured yarn has inherent issues such as low productivity, high production cost per kilogram of yarn 20 of a particular denier, and poor capability produce low/fine and ultra-low/fine denier yarns. The system/method of manufacturing multi-ply separable textured yarn, in accordance with the present disclosure, aims to resolve issues of low production and low productivity associated with the conventional separable multi-ply yarn manufacturing.

[007] This convention process has increased the cost of production of plied yarn because of more floor space consumption, more time consuming, less efficient, high wastage & less productive.

OBJECTIVE OF THE INVENTION:

[008] The object of the present invention is to provide a machine for the primary and reverse secondary twisting in single stage in resultant to the present invention produces high quality of yarn with having capacity of increased production and reduced production cost per kilogram (kg) of yarn of a particular denier.

[009] Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for the primary and reverse secondary twisting in single stage that enables the preparation of double twisted yarn machine for the production of high quality yarn which is not limited to high, low/fine and ultra- low/fine denier yarns. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION:

[0010] The embodiments of the invention provides a method and apparatus for producing Primary and Secondary twisted yams with two or more ply of yarn in single stage. The invention further states that the technology and effective single stage textile yam device reduces different / separate type of thread carrier and two or more stage into effective single stage process.. It has been observed over the years in the Textile twisting market that the twisting and plying of 2 or more ply of Textile yarn requires two stage processes for making plied twisted yarn (thread) which requires two different set of machines for each stage one is for primary twisting and one is for secondary twisting.

[0011] An embodiment of the invention discloses that a primary twisting and reverse secondary twisting Yarn machine (100) in single stage comprises: a primary twisting section (200); a assembly section (170); a secondary twisting section (500) and a take up section (700), wherein a large spindle (400) is assembled with 2 ,3 or 4 small spindles (160a, 160b..160d) together with the center pulley (537) and a spindle driving belt (104) for primary twisting and a reserve disc (102) is also assembled with the large spindle (400) for secondary twisting, yarn balloon formation is taken place in the large spindle, the machine comprising step of: primary twisting of yarn take place within a yarn balloon (440) of the secondary twisting in a longitude axis of rotation of small spindle which consists of a tensioner assembly (106) and a yarn guide assembly (109) in the primary twisting section (200), while driving mechanism of the primary twisting section (200) controlled by the center pulley (537) and the spindle drive belt; assembling section having 2,3 or 4 ply primary twisted yarn through a guide roller (111) for secondary twisting; secondary twisting of yarn is regulated through rotation and yarn speed of the take up section (700) ; and collecting twisted yarn on the take-up section.
