Abstract:
The present invention relates to a fitness gym ball and, more specifically, to a fitness gym ball comprising: a gym ball; a support for supporting a lower portion of the gym ball with respect to the ground; and a cover for surrounding the gym ball and the support. The support includes: an upper frame having a smaller outer diameter than the gym ball so as to support the lower portion of the gym ball; a lower frame installed below the upper frame so as to be spaced a certain distance therefrom; and at least three support members installed between the upper frame and the lower frame, wherein the support stably supports the gym ball above the ground, thus allowing a user to conveniently perform fitness exercises.
