The present disclosure relates to a fitness practice real-time interaction method. The technical solution comprises: practice video stream data is segmented into multiple video stream segments according to node distribution information; a preorder address and a postorder address corresponding to the two ends of each video stream segment and an interaction video stream are generated, the preorder addresses and the postorder addresses of adjacent ends of adjacent video stream segments form link addresses, and the link addresses are orderly arranged to construct a link list; a corresponding link address is unlinked according to a switching signal, and the preorder address and postorder address of the interaction video stream and the preorder address and postorder address after the unlinking form two new link addresses, and the link list is simultaneously updated; video stream playback is performed by means of loading and identifying the orderly arranged link addresses in the link list. The interaction video stream may be embedded between video stream segments by means of unlinking and combining link addresses, so that the intelligent fitness device is not paused during the playback process, the video stream playback process is smooth without pause, and the user experience and training efficiency are improved.
