Abstract:
The present specification discloses a fitness structure having a bar catch. The fitness structure comprises: a first standing member including a plurality of first guide grooves positioned at different heights; a second standing member facing the first standing member and including a plurality of second guide grooves respectively corresponding to the first guide grooves; and a bar catch including a barbell support part extending in a first direction, and inserting and withdrawing parts respectively protruding from both ends of the barbell support part, wherein the inserting and withdrawing parts are respectively inserted into the first guide grooves and the second guide grooves which correspond to each other such that the inserting and withdrawing parts are supported by the first standing member and the second standing member. The first guide grooves and the second guide grooves comprise: a horizontal groove for guiding, in a second direction for intersecting with the first direction, the inserting and withdrawing parts from an opening part which is an entrance into which the inserting and withdrawing parts are inserted; and a vertical groove for guiding the inserting and withdrawing parts to a settling part, continued from the horizontal groove. The inserting and withdrawing parts have vertical cross sections which at least partially extend along a longitudinal direction of the vertical groove.
