Abstract:
A fixed distance tracking laser cleaning device, which relates to the technical field of laser cleaning. The laser cleaning device comprises a three-axis platform (1), a laser (2), a cleaning head (202), a vacuum cleaner (3), a laser distance measuring instrument (5), and a controller (4); the laser (2) is connected to the cleaning head (202) by means of an optical fiber (201), the cleaning head (202) is fixed on a Z-axis sliding block of the three-axis platform (1), the vacuum cleaner (3) is fixed on a dust suction port of the cleaning head (202) by means of a corrugated pipe (301), the laser distance measuring instrument (5) and the cleaning head (202) are fixed at the same height on the Z-axis sliding block of the three-axis platform (1), and the controller (4) is connected to the three-axis platform (1) by means of a communication line. The described device provides a three-axis platform equipped with a laser cleaning head, which can drive the laser cleaning head to float up and down for adjustment on the Z-axis according to changes in the height of a curved surface of a workpiece, thus achieving the automatic laser cleaning of a workpiece having a curved surface.
