A fixing buckle and clothing. The fixing buckle comprises a base (100) and a face cover (200). The base (100) is provided with an accommodating groove (110) and a through-hole (120) penetrating the base (100), the through-hole (120) being communicated with the accommodating groove (110). The face cover (200) comprises a limit post (230), a first end part of the limit post (230) being inserted into the accommodating groove (110) and the face cover (200) being threadedly connected to the base (100). During the process of threadedly connecting and rotating the face cover (200) to the base (100), the first end part may be close to or away from the center line of the through-hole (120). The fixing buckle may achieve switching between an adjustable or locked state of a rope body (400) by rotating the face cover (200), and when the face cover (200) is rotated to make the limit post (230) loosen the rope body (400), a consumer may easily pull the rope body (400) to achieve adjustment of the rope body (400), without needing to keep pressing a core part. The entire adjustment process is simple and labor-saving, and the user experience for the consumer is thus improved.
