Abstract:
Disclosed is a flame-retardant foaming aviation seat cushion, which relates to the technical field of aviation seat cushions. The flame-retardant foaming aviation seat cushion comprises an aviation seat cushion body, the aviation seat cushion body comprising a cloth cover, a surface flame-retardant damping layer, an upper support plate, a middle buffer layer, a bottom flame-retardant damping layer and a lower support plate, wherein the upper support plate is rectangular, and the top face of the upper support plate is provided with a plurality of first clamping grooves I according to multiple rows of arrangement structures; and two grooves I in the shape of the Chinese character "工" are formed in the front side and the rear side of the bottom face of the upper support plate. The flame-retardant foaming aviation seat cushion uses the surface flame-retardant damping layer, the bottom flame-retardant damping layer, and the buffer layer which can achieve perpendicular and horizontal buffering in the middle; and the seat cushion has a simple structure, is convenient for later maintenance and servicing, and greatly improves the impact resistance and deformation resistance or deformation capability, so that normal use of the seat cushion is ensured, and the service life of the seat cushion is prolonged.
