Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of flat-kitting. Disclosed are a flat-knitted three-dimensional internal supporting structure fabric and a preparation method therefor. The fabric is composed of an upper surface layer (1), a lower surface layer (2) and middle supporting structure yarn (5). The upper surface layer and the lower surface layer each comprises an alternate-needle knitted single-face structure and a full-needle knitted single-face structure. The upper surface layer and the lower surface layer are connected by the middle supporting structure yarn into an integrated three-dimensional internal supporting structure fabric by means of doubling stitches. The alternate-needle knitted single-face structure corresponds to doubling stitch loops formed by the supporting structure yarn and is used for locking the doubling stitch loops formed by the supporting structure yarn, and therefore, when the fabric is pressed, the supporting structure yarn is not likely to puncture the surface of the fabric. The fabric is woven by a four-needle-bed computerized flat knitting machine, and under the condition of guaranteeing full-needle knitting of the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer of the three-dimensional internal supporting structure fabric, pore structures are achieved on the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer of the fabric, and the air permeability of the fabric is improved.
