Abstract:
Disclosed is a flexible assembly tool for an unmanned aerial vehicle body, the flexible assembly tool comprising an assembly platform (1), a plurality of upright columns (21, 22), a plurality of crossbeams (3), a plurality of supporting plates (4) and a plurality of clamping plates (5), wherein the top surface of the assembly platform (1), the upright columns (21, 22) and the crossbeams (3) are all provided with several connecting through holes, the upright columns (21, 22) are mounted on the assembly platform (1) by means of the cooperation of connecting pins (6) and connecting through holes, the crossbeams (3) are mounted on some of the upright columns (21, 22) by means of the cooperation of the connecting pins (6) and the connecting through holes, the supporting plates (4) are mounted to the tops of the other upright columns (21, 22), and the supporting plates (4) are connected to the clamping plates (5); and the assembled upright columns (21, 22) and the crossbeams (3) form a mounting frame, a lifting assembly (7) is arranged on the mounting frame, the lifting assembly (7) comprises lifting cylinders (71) fixed on the crossbeams (3), a liftable screw rod (72) is arranged in each lifting cylinder (71), a hand wheel (73) is mounted at the top of the lifting cylinder (71), the hand wheel (73) is in threaded connection with the periphery of the screw rod (72), and the hand wheel (73) and the screw rod (72) form a ball screw pair. The tool makes the assembly of an unmanned aerial vehicle more convenient and improves the assembly reliability.
