A flexible bionic squid for use luring a school of fish, comprising a bionic squid fin part (100), a bionic squid mantle part (200), a bionic squid head part (300), a bionic squid tentacle part (400), and a bionic squid electronic control part. The bionic squid fin part (100) is connected to the bionic squid mantle part (200) by means of secondary pouring; the bionic squid mantle part (200) and the bionic squid head part (300) are connected by means of secondary pouring and hole interference fit; the bionic squid fin part (100), the bionic squid mantle part (200), and the bionic squid head part (300) are all covered with a soft skin material, such that the whole body forms a streamlined structure. The bionic squid tentacle part (400) comprises a plurality of bionic cephalopod-type flexible tentacles, and is fixedly connected to the bionic squid head part (300) by means of a threaded connection. Said flexible bionic squid has the advantages of low power consumption, strong bionic properties, free floating and sinking, strong environmental adaptability, and a variety of postures.
