Abstract:
A flexible connection device of IV-type tube bundle bottle and a container frame. Said device comprises a damping block (41), an anti-rotation block (47), a bushing (45), upper and lower clamping blocks (43, 44), and the like. The damping block (41) cooperates with the anti-rotation block (47) to flexibly control the circumferential rotation of the IV-type tube bundle bottle (2); and the bushing (45) is combined with the upper and lower clamping blocks (43, 44) to limit the axial motion of the IV-type tube bundle bottle (2). For the feature in which the point of connection between a boss structure (21) of the IV-type tube bundle bottle and a plastic liner/composite material winding layer is prone to failure, by allowing axial movement of one end of the IV-type tube bundle bottle (2) in the container within a small range, a binding force borne by the tube bundle bottle (2) during expansion/contraction is released, and the damping block (41) is squeezed to consume energy by using a circumferential rotation trend of the bottle body, which reduces the torque at the point of connection between the boss structure (21) and the plastic liner/composite material winding layer, and the stress condition of the IV-type tube bundle bottle in the container is improved, thereby reducing the risk of damage and failure.
