Abstract:
The present invention relates to a flexible metal diamond grinding pad having strong adhesiveness for grinding tips while maintaining the flexibility of the pad. According to the present invention, provided is a flexible disc-shaped grinding pad, which can be detachably attached to a grinder holder (11), the flexible metal diamond grinding pad comprising: a metal mesh net (21) having a ring shape or a disc shape of a fixed size; metal tips (22) formed by sintering a metal material and diamond particles, and attached in a plurality to the front surface of the mesh net (21) so as to protrude therefrom; a rear-surface adhesive fabric (23) adhered to the rear surface of the mesh net (21) to be opposite from the metal tips (22); a soft resin coating layer (24) applied on the mesh net (21), including on the metal tips (22), to allow elastic deformation and restoration; and a piece of Velcro (25) which is coupled to the rear-surface adhesive fabric (23) while in surface contact therewith and is detachably attached to the grinder holder (11).
