Abstract:
A flipping component on automatic production line equipment for making hats, comprising a mounting base (1), a flipping assembly (2), two sets of driving assemblies (3), a translation assembly (4), and an angle adjusting assembly (5). The flipping assembly is correspondingly mounted at the top end of the mounting base. The two sets of driving assemblies are cooperatively mounted on two sidewalls of the mounting base. An output end of the driving assemblies is in transmission connection with the flipping assembly. The angle adjusting assembly is mounted on the lower surface of the mounting base. The translation assembly is cooperatively mounted on the lower surface of the angle adjusting assembly. The flipping assembly can use a left side plate and a right side plate to gather cloth, and grip and stretch the cloth. The cloth is subject to double-needle sewing and subsequent cloth opening operations. The cloth can be adjusted and controlled by an operator. Furthermore, with the assistance of a left side suction cup and a right side suction cup, the stability of the cloth is ensured to prevent the cloth from falling. With the assistance of the translation assembly and the angle adjusting assembly, the effect of dynamically adjusting the processing angle and processing range of the equipment is achieved.
