Abstract:
A floating jewelry bezel assembly and a method for manufacturing a spring-type float of the floating jewelry bezel assembly are provided. Provided is a method for manufacturing a spring-type float of a floating jewelry bezel assembly, which has a jewel-fixed jewelry bezel provided therein or comprises a jewelry bezel coupling part composed of a leaf spring and having a jewel directly provided therein, comprising: an emulsifier coating step of forming an emulsifier-coated layer on the upper surface of a metal plate; a film layering step of layering, on the emulsifier-coated layer, a film having a pattern corresponding to a jewelry bezel coupling part composed of a leaf spring; an exposure step of forming, on the emulsifier-coated layer, a pattern layer corresponding to the pattern of the film; a film removal step of removing the film having the pattern; and a plating step of plating a nickel alloy on the pattern layer formed by the exposure step so as to form the jewelry bezel coupling part made of a leaf spring.
