Abstract:
A floor brush assembly and a cleaning apparatus provided with the floor brush assembly, the assembly comprising: a pair of end caps (10), which are fixedly connected to a supporting member; a shaft rod (30), which is fixedly connected to the end caps (10) and provides a first axial line; a rolling brush (60), which can rotate about the first axial line and comprises a cylinder wall as well as cleaning elements (40) that are distributed on the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder wall; and a cutting mechanism (50), which is provided inside of the cylinder wall and comprises a fixed blade (51), a moving blade (52), and a transmission mechanism that drives the moving blade (52) to move along the axial direction. The transmission mechanism comprises a first connector (53) and a second connector (54), the first connector (53) is rotatingly connected to the shaft rod (30), and the second connector (54) is configured to be capable of converting the circular motion of the first connector (53) into a force along the axial direction that is transferred to the moving blade (52). In said apparatus, entangled material can be automatically removed when the rolling brush (60) rotates, and at the same time, a surface to be cleaned will not be scratched.
