Abstract:
A floor device and a rail vehicle. The floor device comprises: a bottom plate assembly used for providing support for a vehicle body; a thermal insulating layer (3) used for isolating the heat above the vehicle body from the heat below the vehicle body; a built-in floor (4) used for providing support for people and equipment in a vehicle, the bottom plate assembly, the thermal insulating layer (3), and the built-in floor (4) being sequentially arranged from bottom to top; a ground beam (5) fixedly connected to the bottom plate assembly, the ground beam (5) being disposed below the built-in floor (4) for supporting; and auxiliary support assemblies (14) fixed on two sides of the bottom plate assembly in a width direction, and fixedly connected to a vehicle body side wall, so as to provide an anti-deformation stiffness for the bottom plate assembly.
