Abstract:

A floor-standing air conditioner provided with: a fan (18) for blowing air from a first blowing port (22a) and/or a second blowing port (22b); a first member (30) for opening and closing a first flow passage (25); a second member (56) for opening and closing a second flow passage (26); and a control unit (200) for controlling the fan (18), the first member (30), and the second member (56). The control unit (200) executes a first blowing process in which the first member (30) opens the first flow passage (25) and the second member (56) closes the second flow passage (26), after which air is blown from the first blowing port (22a), a second blowing process in which the first member (30) closes the first flow passage (25) and the second member (56) opens the second flow passage (26), after which air is blown from the second blowing port (22b), and a blowing port switching process in which air is blown from both the first blowing opening (22a) and the second blowing opening (22b) during switching between the first blowing process and the second blowing process.
