Abstract:
A flotation process for treating coal slime by using salt-containing wastewater, suitable for use in the technical fields of salt-containing wastewater treatment and coal flotation deliming. The flotation process comprises: feeding floating coal slime, a collecting agent, and a foaming agent into an ore pulp preprocessor (3); feeding coal chemical industrial salt-containing wastewater discharged by a coal chemical industry enterprise as dilution water into the ore pulp preprocessor (3) for mixing together to complete mineralization; performing rough flotation operation on the mineralized ore pulp, performing fine flotation operation on a product obtained after the rough flotation operation, and using an ash test instrument (12) for testing ash content of cleaner tailings; if the ash content of the cleaner tailings is greater than 20%, feeding the cleaner tailings into the ore pulp preprocessor for re-sorting; if the ash content of the cleaner tailings is less than 20%, discharging the cleaner tailings as a cleaner tailing product; discharging the cleaner tailing product from a pipeline k, and then entering into a filter press (11) for dehydrating; discharging a filter cake m as a final qualified concentrate product after dehydrating by the filter press (11). The flotation process has simple steps and good use effect, and not only improves floatation efficiency but also solves the problem of environment-friendly treatment of salt-containing wastewater.
