Abstract:
The present invention provides a flow assembly line metering display system convenient for synchronous operation, and relates to the technical field of assembly line metering. According to the present invention, the number of finished pieces of each station is obtained by means of a counting unit provided at the corresponding station of the flow assembly line, and the number of finished pieces of each station is comprehensively analyzed according to the number of finished pieces of each station to obtain a time difference; the time difference is used for representing the backward condition of the flow assembly line, when the time difference is lower than X1, a signal of low overall efficiency of the production line is transmitted to a synchronous display unit group by means of a processor, and the synchronous display unit group displays the character of "low overall efficiency of the production line"; the stations with a real-time difference Ci greater than X3 are marked as drop stations, the corresponding stations are reminded by means of the synchronous display unit group, the productivity of a single station can be independently metered and analyzed, the productivity of the assembly line can be comprehensively metered and analyzed, the data acquisition mode is simple, and it is convenient to provide data support for subsequent workpiece analysis, error finding and the like.
